Whislt your proposition is not out of the question, it is HIGHLY unlikely

Logically, if you have a disgruntled group of dissenting shareholders, why offer a global increase to 12c if we want 15c (just an example), then we are still disgruntled for 15c, and Zijin have just wasted 2c on people who didn’t vote (I.e. balance of register) when they could use that same 2c to get us to 15c

Hence, I believe your comment is stupid
