I think there's a lot of us racking our brain trying to find answers on this.

For the record, that money payable to SN Tech was just for placement of our IP at Lockport as part of Aegis. Even though we assume it was a license fee like a perpetual lease it wasn't a license to SNT to sell our IP to every school.

As for filling customer’s needs are concerned though, I think you are bang on the money. We are so thin on technical and sales support the facts suggest we have no idea what's gone on in Lockport and we haven't had the serious engagement with SN Tech. to keep this relationship on the rails.

Who's to say with all the global media attention SN Tech and Lockport have received (which has even spilled the beans on how much SN Tech was receiving from Lockport) that they haven't been peppered with “give away” offers to use other competitor's surveillance technology.

If SN Tech has slipped in a competitor's cheaper biometric engineered facial recognition technology into the Lockport deal one wonders whether the school has any documents specifying SNN tech was part of the deal (which I doubt), or whether anyone at the School District would be tech savvy enough to realize they had been stitched up. But if this is the case, with LDN going into Lockport boots and all to tear down the Aegis code to audit under FOIA, Lockport will soon find out.

What a mess.
