Some here think temporary is forever.
    It is not.
Some think Lynas has a legal case
    It may not.
    As noted in recent announcements
Lynas applied to increase their temporary waste storage
    Amanda in her prevoking way
Suggested it should be granted as a matter of course
Because this happened under the previous government.

Appears Lynas would have already broken the Malaysian law
Had it not recieved muliple exemptions to its waste storage limits.
The time has come for the exemptions to cease.
So even if the government cant make Lynas remove existing waste
It certainly can stop Lynas increasing its waste storage.
Which in turn will cease production.

Becuase of Amadas attitude Lynas can expect no favours from
    The Malaysian Government.

    Cheers

Malaysian law allows 20 metric tonnes of waste or a limit of 180 days for temporary waste storage. Lynas had requested an exemption where it has accumulated hundreds of thousands of wastes over a six-year period.
