Does anyone know how many of these escrow shares are going to be released to the market? Or where to find out?

I'd think that If Peter Bond is to sell down some of his holdings and being a smart man that he is, he would wait till after the US road show. After all, we (and in Peter's interest too) want the American investors to drum up the demand and increase the share price. After the price rockets to say $3 to $3.5, then he can sell a big trench at a (very) slight discount to a fund or someone who wants a significant holding, thus being an off market transfer will limit the impact of any price drop.

And if the price holds between $3 to $4 and LNC can easily raise some more equity (without too much dilution) to build up the LNC war chest. Maybe some money raised for the next coking coal mine isn't such a bad idea.

As a long term holder, even if it drops to $1.5 to $2 simply means more buying opportunity.
