I agree with some of you points. But think companies that commit all their profits to expansion (a future promise of higher profits) arn't as attractive to retiree's that want to see some of those profits, returned as dividend's, today (with franking credits as crucial). Look see EVN that provides good dividends to their shareholders. If RMS (PE=7.8) attained a similar P/E to EVN (PE=17.6) the s/p of RMS would be in the vicinity of $1.30. As it stands today I'd be surprised if s/p this year goes above 70c. But that's nothing to sneeze at.
