Dex, liquid hydrogen was discussed in the same paper as being a fuel source to run the electric motors or ICE motors in cars instead of batteries as the liquid hydrogen would be dispensed similarly to petrol now, timeline suggested a few ears away yet, byproduct of burning hydrogen , O oxygen a clean exhaust. IMO the battery/wind especially issue seems a regressive cumbersome solution to energy.
