FYO - about 73 million partly paid shares were issued to Consolidated Press Holdings as part of the initial 'option' given to the Packers to become shareholders in Cluff when the first ruby mine deal was done....these were described as '20 cent shares partly paid to 18 cents'(initial par value of Cluff shares was 20 cents), so that CPH needed to pay up 2 cents to convert them to fully paids.....of course, they have not been paid up (yet!), and so you could say that the Packers still own a part of Cluff (partly paids still have voting rights too).
