Very good point and I had exactly the same opinion as you, I wanted to See a dividend. 100 million in the bank, WHY WASTE MONEY ON A TAKEOVER.!
Trouble understanding this this comment in the context of the rest of your post .
Is it a waste to increase reserves , possibly help fill EM mill and as you and your mate are saying de-risk RMS ?
I wouldn't mind seeing a divi too but hard to see this takeover as a waste .
I believe we can expect to see more non organic growth from RMS and I welcome that .
This doesn't have be an either /or thing .
A small regular divi to use imp credits and encourage the market and corporate spending where appropriate to grow the company to a size where it will be more noticed .
