Hi mate.  This is probably why our recent Nirobox win was notably via a joint-venture entity, The International Company for Water & Infrastructure (IWSI).  It would not surprise me now if Hassan Allam (I initially thought maybe Orascom, who RWL previously had a MOU with) or some other native entity is our partner in this JV.  Perhaps FLC would have preferred if any work on this project was attributed to IWSI rather than Fluence, and perhaps for the reasons you mention.

Also, I know from offline chats that you asked Henry about this once, but take a look at that old MOU now...
