Try and prove either of these two in a court of law! You'd be wasting not only your money but tons of taxpayer's money in running the Family Court for ever. Better the way it is now: you can't live together? Fine. No point in wasting time and temper assassinating each other's character, demolishing what dignity they have left, destroying their lives, just to prove that one of them had a reasonable case to answer under those two grounds. Just separate, annul the marriage, quietly, amicably, if possible and go on your healthy way. BUT look after and maintain the welfare of the children: Share in that!
