    Oh please - spare me the nonsense....(not the post I'm replying to - that's just co incidence.)

    There is ALWAYS fault from both parties.
    If one party cheats - surely it's because the other one wasn't caring enough - understanding enough - giving enough?

    You don't cheat if you are kept happy and satisfied.

    Marriage takes a lot of work, and when one stops working at it, the other is likely to wander.

    Why pay lawyers for what is simply a human error?
