The major defendents seem to have had their costs addressed.

These other matters before the courts that you think will ramp up costs. Can you elaborate or is this just wishful thinking.

Each time the MMX supporters who cross over into CHM forum seem to be getting it wrong.

1) Laughed out of court - not yet and seems like judge to date has not liked defendents attempts to delay.

2) No foundation and yet MMX has launched action against former director and co-defendent in relation to same transactions.

3) Costs were going to be $10 million - doesnt look like it again.

As some CHM posters have pointed out the case is not that complicated.

Money removed from CHM and shares issued by CHM which assisted in purchase of assets including CHM funds ending up in vendors hands.

Either defendents construct and demonstrate sound commercial reason for transactions or they cannot. As much as defendents will try to complicate it is either a series of commercial transactions or they have broken the law.

So now MMX supporters are hoping that it will go away as CHM doesnt have the funds. For some reason I think that you will get this wrong again.
