I have written several e-mails and have not received any replies. I do participate in a share forum and I note that a number of posters there are getting the same treatment.

I have to say, that from a shareholders point of view, this is most unsatisfactory. It does come across as a bit rude, very annoying and very unprofessional.

We have a publicised company “information” e-mail address that refuses to even acknowledge that a request for information has been received let alone issue a valid response. That is not good enough.

If there is an alternative e-mail address, could you please provide it. I will use that one instead.

If all information is now supplied by social media then be aware that 50% of us do not use or have access to social media. Half those that do would be well advised to avoid using social media at all.

All of this, of course, could be a cheeky way to increase revenue. By the time shareholders get a reply, we will all be using CogniCann.

Could you please give me an update on what is happeningwith Cannaglobal. We were promised an update a month ago. Last we heard wasthat it was getting “rubber stamped” in the Slovenian court system and that thedeal will become effective 5 days later.

If you are unable or unwilling to give an answer, could you please let me know why. If you prefer to offer that information to all shareholders at one time, could you please issue something on the ASX site. It is important that shareholders know where the deal is up to and whether MXC still exists. Please do not make the same mistake made 12 months ago with the VC Korean deal – shareholders would rather know any bad news than to be left hanging waiting for something.

There has to be a legitimate reason for the delay in providing information on the Cannaglobal deal. Slovenia got invaded by Martians, pet dog ate the Judges homework………Judge ate his own homework………..then ran away with his mistress ……. someone elses mistress. Doesn’t really matter just so long as some information comes our way.

I would be grateful if you could at least reply to my e-mail.

It doesn't excuse the company for not replying to you via email (especially after seven emails). However, I can say Roby does reply on his Facebook and Twitter which is how I communicate with him.

As you can see below, Roby is now being extra cautious about the information he discusses/provides in light of recent events with Ross Smith.

I do hope we receive an announcement soon because I am also becoming impatient. I messaged Roby today and put to him the points I raised in my earlier post to which we are expecting announcements/updates.
