"New Age World Ltd gave the same registered address in its filing as Bumi's bidding vehicle, Calipso Investment Pte Ltd. But a spokesman for Bumi said he had no knowledge of New World Age."

That is a bit of a worry. I wonder if they are in fact "connected" to Bumi. It wouldn't surprise me.

It does suggest tho that Bumi will raise its bid (hopefully) to around the $3 mark.
