Hi Scatter,

I believe in the past you have said you respect my opinion, apologies if I confuse you with someone else.  My opinion is: something listed as an agenda item implicitly implies it is an item for consideration in a meeting (https://www.thefreedictionary.com/agenda+item).  As such, what has been written in each announcement are one and the same.

The above is more a specific example of a more general recommendation on how to read company announcements: take things for what they are, rather than trying to pick apart and read into things that just are not there, it destroys credibility, but IMO also risks contributing poorly to others perception of the stock.

I trust you will take my perspective in good faith, and with good intent.
