well about 6300 units sold from around the 10th October update, so over 3150 units pcm since then to retailers. We can't really know how many the retailers have sold. Retail sales should go well in q1 of CY19, with school starting, and some parents seeing the gadget and thinking it is a good idea.

It still doesn't look like 28,ooo over xmas and the school starting period, and the lower pricing seems to be a reactive move, or planned as a contingency. I wonder whether there is a level-ish playing field for retailers - could cause problems for retailers who stocked at a higher price?

The NSW schools mobiles ban is a great opp. I think banning mobiles at school is a necessary move, and stopping nerdish behaviour in lunch and break times too.
