Well this is embarrassing.
Gleneagles’s forecast was for 30,025 sales by Q4 2018. MWR sold less than 13,000. Received orders for 2,300 units in January which is included in the headline 15,100 number. Since when is an order a sale?. MWR is not even halfway through the 28,000 inventory. Write-offs here we come. The watch will be obsolete by mid-2019.
No word on margins and the expected bottom line.
