I wouldn't worry too much about the loss of that order. Another reason it may have dropped off is that it could have timed out for being there too long.
I've had orders on RSL that have dropped off because they weren't filled and they were there more than a few weeks. Is the time frame 2 months from the placement of the order, I can't remember off the top of my head?
