Interseting that you talk about ABC..because they are in our neibourhood and the players would know each other...
We also own child minding centres.
YES the positions would be strange and interesting..
Only problem I can see is positions may be unclear if POES was short but ANZ then took ownership and its going through the courts..MESSY.

Other financial companies like OPES are on the skids too..
If their shares get gobbled up like OPES we dont know who owns and what they paid or if short.

Just as well we werent trading hey?

I agree OCV needs to know the state of its register and there needs to be someone with more knowledge than us two looking at the implications and how best to deal with the relist.

This is a one off occurrance and needs special attention to take adantage off it.

CIY and ABC are close to us and OCV could do worse than not talk to them too.

Three heads are better than one IMO.
NO one wants to be at the mercy of loaned short selling and it WILL get bigger the more it pays off.
