Are you trying to compare a phosphate company with a JORC with a coal company with prospective phosphate tenements, gold JORC and uranium? Is that what your asking me to do ?!?
The connection with MAK is the nearology, both tenements are located in the world class phosphate region, Georgina Basin. I have also done research unlike yourself into the historic drilling in the area that confirms phosphate on MNM tenements.
MAK has a head start thanks to a RIO JORC and the MC to reflect that, but don't be fooled they are the only ones able to mine rock phosphate.
For MNM it is the coal mine that is the company maker, their phosphate is an added bonus. The coal is also prospective for CSM which is starting to get noticed as a competitive energy source.
My suggestion to you is DYOR....
