I was at the bank yesterday. A young woman in front of me was submitting a form for a term deposit.
2.7% p.a.

Wow.
I couldn't believe that someone would be happy to lock up their money for such a measly return.

I felt like suggesting that she buy some Galaxy shares, and that she would likely make that next week, or next month, or whatever.

People are weird.

I am a buyer today.
Keep pushing it down punks, I would like another parcel at 2.2x if possible.
2.1x would be amazing.

As if that isn't a 50% return within the next 12 months, at some point, if you are so inclined to trade your parcels.

More for the early retirement fund for me!

No brainer at these prices imo.
