    1m bpd is a long time away, and depends a lot on how sucessful the 20,000bpd plant is, and how much coal either Linc or its MOU partners can prove up. If the scale up from 20 to 20,000bpd works, then the sky's the limit. But we are looking at another 2-2.5 years before that happens right?
