Not sure about another bout of American flu just yet, but it will happen sometime this year. Nevertheless taking some cash out of the market for real estate myself. Not sure May will be the month this year, after all we've been through, maybe June? I've only recently moved into profit for the year!

I am currently in the market about as deep as I"ll go, quite leveraged too. Although still topping up the odd thing, IPM and until last week COE, I am now more looking for anything fully priced in my portfolio to retire some debt and have funds for the next correction, or the next no-brainer screaming buy. CVN simply isn't that no brainer now imho, a decent small oiler to have a slice of in the bottom drawer.

Having bought my first 500k at 10.5, and my last 400k at 48, I am very happy to let the Johnny come lately ramper boys (even Johnny11) have their go at making some more out of "my" sold shares.

No problem with any contrary opinions, provided they are considered and reasons.
