Thats not as actually correct. The strategic review is of the capital equipment business which was the original PGC business. It has nothing to do with the new acquisitions.
My understanding is the original capital equipment business may not meet the investment hurdles for acquisitions going forward so they are reconsidering its place in the business going forward.
