Maka, that's an interesting line you direct my way, that "I should have learnt my lesson a year or so ago"...... what lesson was that ?
Was my lesson that when Sandune and your like (dedicated down rampering enthusiasts) warned back then, that gpn/yrr holders should not trust management ad nauseum, and that because I didn't listen and cash in, and subsequently saw my paper profits disappear, the lesson you refer to ?...... that I should have somehow recognised the down ramp team as the 'ones telling the truth', as opposed to the so called ramp team /merry gang ? .... what's the lesson ?.... listen to ppl claiming gpn management to be crooks ?..... man, thats real arrogance if you stop and think about it,.... why should a simple shareholder like me listen to the unsubstantiated down rampings of ppl over what I knew to be reasonable investment risk factors including a very promising Vanadium deposit and good prospective gold tenements at Peak Hill..... I have watched paper profits disappear many times over the years, so you could say I'll never learn my lesson, but another lesson I definitely have learnt is not to totally discard bad picks just because of disappointing SP performance, but to keep an open mind and gauge developments looking for a turn around, which is what I hope I've done with yyr....bought 100,000 yrro @ 3.5c - a relatively small outlay that could deliver a windfall with the Vd story unfolding one way or the other in the coming months. Hold your favourite stocks by all means, but a modest wager on yyr at this pint could yield you a grand return, thats all I'm saying...good luck.
On the same basis, I'll probably extend the gpnoas - a punt, but the SP action in recent weeks, and days is hinting this approach could also return a windfall.... we'll see.
