I don’t believe in asking people to leave on the count of sharing an oposing view. We all have the option of putting people we do not want to read comments from on ignore. Asking people to leave suggest that you think you have the right to determine what others should read. Davisite has reduced the number of posts from what I can see and is in my opinion far less of a poluter than the youbetya-squad now. I know I refered to him as a troll at one point, but that was with regards to his, at the time, pollutive behaviour and appearing to push his own opinion down people’s throat (I know others were guilty of doing the same, but it was far easier to rule their nonsense out for what it was).
When it comes to the content of his posts I actually still appreciate the questions he raises, but I am also academically capable of researching those points to conclude their relevance for my trading/investing decisions. Some of the issues he brings forward are fair questions and or concerns, others I find less so. For example, his concern about never finding candidates in the US are just silly imo, and I think that anyone with the slightest level of industry insight and knowledge of the establishment of scope of treatment will agree. Not to mention the Right-to-try law established by the Trump administration. On the other hand, his concern about lack of data has a point in that it offers us little to go on but their word in how efficient this compound really is. It should be said though, that it may be highly relevant to protect IP by limiting that information (even if we can’t see how from where we are sitting). Moreover, as has been stated numerous times, there is more at personal stake for the scientists involved than would be offered by a greater market capitalisation for the company in claiming BIT225 to be a legitimate and previously unmatched treatment addition that may help erradicate the disease. For that reason alone, one should sit down and take note imo
At the end of the day, it is just discussion and should have no bearing in how any of us invest other than possibly get us to consider angles we may not have previously considered. That said, I do think that you need to stay well aware of your saturation-level in these threads @Davisite, especially considering that your knowledge within the sector seems to be a fair bit higher than the average holder. Thus, you are far more likely to sway a holder/non-holder than someone suggesting a $1 stock price based on BIGGREENBEASTBIT
