I think this is a slightly bold statement given how much religious communities as a response to their understanding of what God has spoken, in their early history especially, have contributed to human progress and reducing human suffering.
Today, God has spoken again, and the Baha'i community is very clear about what needs to be done. Assuredly though over time, this understanding will get confused with human thought, and understanding will diminish again. Baha'u'llah assures us that when this happens, God will speak again.
