Yes the future market direction these days is determined by The Dons tweets- there was also a time that the oil price tracked inverse to the capital markets - oil goes up market goes down oil goes down market goes up - not anymore for some bizarre reason they now move in sync.
Doctor copper has also become less relevant as an overall economic indicator as you have highlighted.
