    For the cramping, buy yourself a juicer and drink celery juice twice/ three times a day.

    It will also assist in "naturally" reducing your blood pressure and offers you calcium , potassium, copper magnesium iron and phosphorus which are the main minerals to stop cramping as well as other health benefits.

    The juice is natural and goes straight in to your blood stream so is much more beneficial than manufactured powder or tablets.

    If you don't like it straight drink it with carrot and apple juice or just one of the two.
    Drink plenty of water also.

    My understanding of blood pressure is, your body will self regulate and to just take BP tablets without finding the cause may cause more harm.

    There will be a reason that your body has chosen to self regulate and increase your BP so to reduce it by a pill is going against the natural function of the bodies requirements.

    For eg: you may now be reducing the oxygen flow to the brain or thru vital organs as you have unnaturally changed your BP.

    I would be asking my doctor for further tests or clarification if your BP is too high.
