Sorry guys, I don't have time to read all the posts on FAR on hotcopper over the years.
However, the extract, from COP's reporting, posted above on FAR arbitration states "In June 2017, FAR initiated arbitration againstConocoPhillips Senegal B.V"
Given that in WPL's reporting we know: "This subsidiary was acquired on 28 October 2016. It changed its name from ConocoPhillips Senegal B.V. to Woodside Energy (Senegal) B.V. on 26 January 2017"
Are we in actual fact taking a current subsidiary of WPL to arbitration rather than COP or a subsidiary of COP?
