happy to sell half at 50 if i get exercised,,paid 40 carnt complain,,,its bein great everyone fingers crossed we see 50 plus in 2 weeks so i get hit,,,that house next door is still 4 sale,,,boy are they gunna get a shock when their lease is not signed again,,checked with realestate,,,lease runs out 1st dec,,,thats gunna suck bein kicked out 24 days b4 xmas,,,,its a hard life,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
