you are right, this is wallowing around now, those that bought in the recent churn will be starting to get more than a little bit concerned. This has a higher probability of moving back to .07 than moving up. I would doubt that even getting the drilling permit will be enough to move the price up because they still need MONEY.
I won't be annoying you anymore as I am moving into trading commods shortly so will be doing the graveyard shift. You will need to find someone else to give you a hard time. Been fun though, and good luck. ::))
