I think history might indicate what's needed here. Hav shares were once in the $2.00 range then for a long time 60 to 80 cent range now down around 15 cents.
During this time the major shareholder and one of the founders of HAV Dr Giles, has in effect been in control of HAV. Does this control simply stay this way until HAV has gone broke?
Or do we the smaller type shareholders than Dr Giles try to save this company?
I think most would agree HAV has massive potential. While at the same time past management history of the company, could at best be described as having been pathetic.
Can this issue being voted upon create the change needed in how HAV is run? On it's own probably not, but at least it may be a start in the right direction in changing HAV's management direction.
Do shareholders want to see change?
Or continue in the same way until company is broke or their shareholdings % is diluted by ever lower cap raisings?
I hope all shareholders not happy with how HAV has been run, will take this rare opportunity to have a say.
Please just Vote!!!
