Please correct me if I am wrong ... Bergen "Loan" gave us ability of 100% ownership of Flem ... with NO DILUTION ... the way I read it We owe $1.4M to Bergen . Just picked up $ 1.5+M ... covers Bergen "Invoice" ... go BB and BoD's..... Gee I Luv this group ... no emotional views ment ... just plain old DD and Logic .... AND HITTING IGNORE BUTTON ....
