i respectfully disagree homeowners care about price in my view
If there are 3 companies who can promise to build a family a house all 3 look basically the same but one cost 100k one cost 120k one costs 150k 80% will chose the 100k house
uou dont need a PhD from Harvard Business school to figure it out
