beechwood homes goes bust, page-4

    Miles,

It is very disturbing. All these builders going bust will inevitably lead to less houses being built.

    God, this will get bad.

Less supply coming on-line will inevitably lead to even less houses available for rent and rents will rise even faster. Anyone wanting to buy will compete for less stock.

The landlords will be making money hand over fist the greedy bastards. Then when the mongrels see how much they are making and other mongrel landlord wannabes start buying up the severely limited supply they'll push the prices up, taking them even further out of the reach of renters.

Yep, it looks like the cycle of evil continues and things will just get worse for non-owners of property.

I don't mean to gloat but I am so glad that I have bought properties over the years, otherwise things would be near impossible for me now. Now that I am on this track I'm going to keep buying, just lucky that I can I suppose.
