Refer below for some reference on sales, distribution and marketing...ultimately this is a powerful deal when it gets done

Don't think it's that powerful a deal...

So there's 300Million shares going to the JV partner, plus every tonne that WFE pull out of the tenements the JV gets $15/t....

sounds like a good deal to me wooks... $15/t is nothing really when a tonne of cobalt is worth approx $36000/t...
