Interesting lack of details on the African Carbon Energy website.  http://www.africary.com/

It would strike me that this is a tiny company with great ambitions, but little capital to fund the lease of the plant or the purchase of the plant. (I hope I am wrong on that) 

It just strikes me that LCK needs to be 100% focused on delivery of the current project and anything else should be put aside till that is successful and the fund raising is complete and the resource to reserve conversion is done.  Until then, everything else is just noise.
