The ASX our great regulatory body that is paid exorbitant fees to regulate the market "expects brokers to have in place appropriate mechanisms to ensure that such trading is not manipulative"
In other words it expects brokers to regulate themselves!!
Very interesting that after MAK holders & directors complained to the ASX, they then come out with this fairy floss rubbish ... yet the 1 share sale every 2 minutes mysteriously stopped. My my!
If some people are happy to stick their head in the sand and believe that manipulation doesnt exist, and that the great ASX has everything in hand, then let them go ahead! I know different.
I happen to know exactly what the ASX do when they discover "questionable" trading activities .. nothing!! Well they do give the broker a ring & tell them to tone it down
First look the other way, then when forced like in the MAK case, give them a wrist slap!
