Good evening guys,

I have spoken again to Sholom, late tonight, and I confirm once again that no shares are being issued at 2c by the company nor is the company currently even allowed to issue shares at 2c.

The capital raise was approved at 3.5c, and the shares will be issued at 3.5c.

The waiver was only given by the ASX to allow these shares to be issued even though it is at a price lower than 20c. The only shares allowed to be issued by the company in this recompliance, as also clearly stated in the ASX waiver, are only the shares that were approved to be issued by shareholders at the EGM, and as clearly detailed in the prospectus.

The Company is not allowed to make any changes at all from that which was approved by shareholders and stated clearly in the prospectus.
