What makes you think they’re Demo homes ? Why would Archistruct contract FBR to build 10 builds if they are not going to make sweet F all ? Would you ? I sure as hell wouldn’t , Come on mate even 10 homes the builder is going to make some money , it’ll give Archistruct and FBR the real value /profit and not just a guesstimates , those 10 builds will answer a lot of questions for the builder , contractor(FBR) and is shareholders . That is the next logical step .
