The one thing that keeps playing in my mind is what has happen to the market over the past 4 or so months.
CNP- with all its assets cant refinance
AFG- with all its assets cant refinance
ABS- had to sell off so they could be refinanced
and the list goes on
Then you got CVI that secured $100million at about the same time MFS goes into suspension because they can’t refinance their loans of around the same amount.
FMG got their finances back in 2005 i believe. This was at the height of the great money grab banks were leading to everyone. Now we have a totally different market and you would have to think that market sentiment would recognize $1 billion today as it did $3 billion a couple of years ago.
I said it before $1 billion is big and not just because what can be done with it but the sentiment that will come with it.
