    bluesdog, Hi,

    Up in Cairns for about a month, took the coast road thru Cape Trib up to Cooktown last Sunday. The best Sunday drive I have had in ages. Highly recommended! Need a 4WD though for the water crossings - was up to the bonnet on one crossing.

    Had a great lunch at Fisherman's Wharf and the town has good accommodation.

    Forget Port Douglas go to Cooktown.

    On CVI, good luck to all holders.
