Oh OK so its a problem that occurred 180 + years ago and can never, ever, ever be overcome no matter how many of our tax dollars are thrown at it.
I will tell you the answer, unfortunately unmixed Aborigines have an average IQ of 67, for Whites it's 100 and East Asians 103. Big diff. Now of course this difference may mean they have no interest in pursuing such goals, can hardly get them to school on the best of days. I accept that, but don't blame whitey for it.
