When they cannot deliver what they say they will in the time frame they say, what do you expect?
They were blowing their trumpet about the exciting number of announcements due last quarter only to be let down like lead balloons. I emailed them last year requesting clarification on a number of points in their announcements and they didn't even have the decency to reply- arrogant bunch is my description of this mob.
