From what I can tell is that L3 will piggyback QRS technology on to their existing technology. IMHO I think it is apparent that L3 and the other companies need QRSs technology / patents to advance their own technology and dominate the market. So I think that your thinking of a singular device to detect most hazards/illegal substances could be on the right track. JMO. IMHO if all the pieces come together QRS is sitting in the right place at the right time. The more I see the more I like.
