Not sure how you cap a stock? There's more than 100k shares at the best ask price, this is a seller(s) that may be hit at any time.Many reasons for these sellers to be there, some people (not me so far) have a rule of taking profits along the way, others may need to sell.
But i really don't see how you cap a stock (other than placing large sell orders far from the ask, which isn't the case here)...if people want to buy then the "cappers" get bought out.
