If Noble wanted more equity, trust me they would have well and truly done this by now. There has been much water under the bridge since they first asked for equity, and shares (millions of them) have been selling for 8c or less. Therefore there has been much opportunity for them to purchase on market.  

That’s also a vast improvement on previous buy price at 23c for the majority of stockholders. 

If this is what you are suggesting, then Noble must be working on another angle to secure RES, what’s the angle in your opinion overseerer?
