I am an avid reader of R/E posts , and , although I own my home,I am still unable to make an informed decision of price action in the future. My heart says a big correction , my head says no chance.
What I believe however ,is the results that we can expect.
1] if property crashes, many more people will be able to afford their own homes [especially the younger gen.], but huge losses in invesment income, mainly by more senior parts of society.[baby boomers]

2]If property gains , or stays static , we may well witness a massive transfer of wealth, the likes we may never see for generations to come, upon the back of rocketing rent returns [further exhasurbating the issue], at the expense of primarily the younger generation.
So , this is a majority generational battle [repeat majority], and investors need to pick who has the most financial grunt to win the war.Personally , I am at a loss as to what this market will do.
