Hey Coco, it has been a long difficult road watching the value disappear with our shares and wanting this Company to deliver. I agree the Global Energy letter highlights clear deficiencies, but I strongly doubt that they want to obtain control of the Company for the benefit of all Shareholders. Unfortunately I have been around long eneough to suss out these things. Just my view. I also think current Management have not been in for long enough for us to hang them just yet. The facts show that running our US interests has not been a Company maker for us and has not even supported full debt repayment let alone distributions to Shareholders, so the US assets should probably go, and we start again as a penny stock with NT....
Two not very attractive choices. I'm not going to vote for Global Energy, but maybe I don't vote at all, I'm not feeling great about our prospects either way.
